用水统计调查属于我国法定统计调查项目中的部门统计项目，是水利改革发展的一项重要基础性工作。介绍用水统计调查制度实施情况，系统分析由组织架构体系、流程优化体系、数据审核体系和总量核算体系组成的用水统计调查工作体系，提出区域用水量分析、不规范用水问题识别和多维用水预测3种成果运用前景，为进一步推进用水统计调查制度实施和成果运用提供参考。

The water use statistical survey is a departmental statistical program under China′s legally mandated statistical survey system and serves as a fundamental task supporting water conservancy reform and development. This paper introduces the implementation status of the water use statistical survey system and systematically analyzes its operational framework,which consists of an organizational structure system,a process optimization system,a data review system,and a total volume accounting system. Furthermore,three potential prospects for the application of survey outcomes are proposed,including regional water consumption analysis,identification of non-compliant water use practices,and multidimensional water use forecasting. This study aims to provide references for further advancing the implementation of the water use statistical survey system and enhancing the utilization of its results.
