为有效促进水资源合理利用，以河北省玉田县水资源分布与水质特征为例，分析供水工程与供水量、供用水结构与水平、水资源管理“三条红线”指标等水资源开发利用现状，总结当前水资源开发利用面临的问题，并针对性地提出有关对策建议，可为地区水资源科学配置、节约利用与科学开发提供有益参考。

To effectively promote the rational utilization of water resources,taking the water resource distribution and water quality characteristics of Yutian County,Hebei Province as an example,the current status of water resource development and utilization was analyzed in this paper,including water supply projects and volume,water supply and consumption structure and levels,and the "Three Red Lines" indicators for water resource management. The current challenges facing water resource development and utilization were summarized,and the targeted countermeasures and suggestions were proposed. This can provide a useful reference for the scientific allocation,conservation,and sustainable development of regional water resources.
